ROLE

The role of the NBSM is to ensure a sustainable profit growth at the Station while following best management practices.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Representation

• Meet regularly with local stakeholders to ensure smooth running of the Station
• In line with the annual plan, establish strategic alliances and partnerships

Customer Service

• Ensure that all customers are served adequately at the Station
• In the absence of visitors at the Station, reply on WA to all customer questions

Marketing / Business Development

• Promote CI services to targeted clienteles (bike groups, private businesses, universities, travel agencies)
• Propose contain for online presence on social media

Management

• Manage staff working at the Station
• Ensure best management practices

Procurement

• Order bike accessories, food & beverage to existing suppliers
• Find new suppliers if need be

Reporting

• Prepare and submit weekly and monthly Activity Reportusing a pre-defined template
• Carry out regularly physical stock inventory

Salary range: 5 to 7 M, according to experience and performance

Probation period: 3 months

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Experience as sales person, business manager or similar roles, ideally in travel, tourism, or sports
• Speaking Indonesian and English
• Passion for outdoor activities and cycling is a plus
