Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Marketing Staff
- Assist in planning and executing effective marketing strategies
- Analyze market trends and conduct research to understand customer needs
- Manage online and offline advertising campaigns
- Measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and report results to management
- Build strong relationships with partners and customers
Supervisor HR
- Collaborate with users to define manpower planning and employee development programs as a business partner of management
- Plan and control HRD activities including recruitment, training, GA operations, etc.
- Ensure harmonious industrial relations and ensure legal administrative compliance
Syarat Pekerjaan
Marketing Staff
- Minimum education of D3/S1 in Marketing, Communication, or related fields
- At least 1 year of experience in marketing (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Able to work with tight deadlines and targets
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing)
- Creative, communicative, and has strong analytical skills
- Able to work both individually and as part of a team
Supervisor HR
- Minimum education of S1 Psychology/Industrial Engineering/Law or equivalent
- Have 3 – 4 years of experience in HRD including recruitment process, employee training and development, industrial relations and other operations
- Have an understanding of the rules and laws related to employment
- Have good analytical thinking and communication
