Requirements

• Female, 18-25 years old (age range can be adjusted as needed)

Host Live Streaming

• Attractive appearance, with a strong sense of fashion and personal grooming
• Good communication skills – confident, articulate, and engaging on camera
• Passion for women’s fashion – knowledge of current trends, styling tips, and product details
• Experience in hosting, live streaming, modeling, or sales is a strong advantage
• Comfortable in front of the camera, able to maintain high energy and interact naturally with viewers
• Ability to handle customer questions and promote products effectively in real-time
• Basic understanding of live streaming platforms (e.g., TikTok Live, Instagram Live, Shopee Live, etc.)
• Flexible schedule, willing to work evenings, weekends, and during promotional events
• Team player, responsive to feedback, and eager to grow with the brand

Content Creator

• Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh, engaging content ideas
• Experienced in creating short-form video and photo content for platforms like TikTok & Instagram
• Good camera presence, confident in speaking or posing in front of the camera
• Proficient in using editing apps or software (e.g., CapCut, VN, Adobe Premiere, Canva, Lightroom, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of fashion trends, styling, and what appeals to a female audience
• Able to plan, shoot, and edit content independently or with minimal supervision
• Understanding of social media algorithms, hashtags, and audience engagement techniques
• Consistent and reliable, with the ability to meet deadlines and content schedules
• Portfolio or sample work is required for review (Instagram, TikTok, or other platforms)
