Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Lead, direct & control all marketing activities including brand strategy, 360 marketing channel planning, creative execution and marketing campaign
- Lead, direct & control all sales activities including establishing target, product mix and business development
- Organizes and controls implementation of marketing and sales tactics both offline and online/digital channels
- Monitor performance of the organization against the goals
- Lead, direct, evaluate and develop sales and marketing team
Syarat Pekerjaan
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in sales/marketing in startup, fintech, telecommunication, or technology field
- Experienced in building marketing plan, executing communication and business strategy (especially in Brand Marketing)
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
- Willing to move to Yogyakarta
