Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Finance & Admin Staff
- Record and monitor daily cash flow (in & out)
- Maintain accurate financial records
- Prepare financial reports
- Track expenses and support stock/admin coordination
- Supporting operational admin
Syarat Pekerjaan
Head Chef & Head Bar
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Head Barista
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Deep understanding of healthy, balanced, and flavor-forward cuisine
- Experience in menu development and food innovation
- Ability to maintain consistency, quality, and presentation standards
- Knowledge of food costing, inventory, and kitchen operations
- Strong sense of cleanliness, hygiene, and kitchen discipline
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for food, wellness, and customer experience
Finance & Admin Staff
- Background in Accounting/Finance (or relevant experience for minimum 2 years)
- Proficient in operating accounting software (Accurate)
- Strong in basic accounting (cash flow, income & expenses, bookkeeping)
- Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets (SUM, IF, VLOOKUP)
- Accurate, detail-oriented, well-organized, and fast learner
- High integrity in handling financial data
- Disciplined, structured thinker, reliable, and initiative
- Able to work independently and follow SOP
