R&D – PERSONAL CARE FORMULATOR

• You will be responsible for developing and stabilising all core formulations of the brand, starting with soap, body mist, hair perfume, and textile mist.
• You will collaborate directly with the founder throughout the development process, focusing on sensory quality, longevity, and environmental stability in tropical climates.
• This role is closer to a craft laboratory lead than a factory R&D role.
• Bonus (Not Required) R&D – PERSONAL CARE FORMULATOR :
• Experience with milled or hard soap systems
• Cosmetic chemistry background
• Stability testing experience in tropical conditions

GRAPHIC DESIGNER (Packaging & Visual Identity)

• Develop and refine the soap packaging system
• Prepare print-ready artwork and production specs
• Work with printers and material vendors
• Maintain consistency across variants

• Build typography hierarchy
• Create label structures and layout logic

• Develop long-term visual guidelines

R&D – PERSONAL CARE FORMULATOR

• 1. Product Development
• Develop and refine triple-milled soap base formulations
• Optimise hardness, lather structure, and rinse feel
• Stabilise fragrance performance in high humidity
• Conduct curing and ageing studies
• Design future body care formulas (mist, hair fragrance, textile mist)
• 2. Testing & Quality Control
• Design batch testing protocols
• Monitor sweating, cracking, oxidation, and colour stability
• Maintain formulation documentation and batch logs
• Establish repeatable production standards
• 3. Ingredient Research
• Evaluate raw materials (oils, butters, fragrance carriers)
• Improve material compatibility with milling processes
• Support sourcing of high-grade halal-compliant ingredients
• 4. Production Collaboration
• Work with small-scale production operators
• Train the team on handling and curing discipline
• Continuously refine process efficiency without compromising quality
