CHIEF ACCOUNTING

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Accounting at HOSEL Bistro & Driving Range in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. The Head of Accounting will be responsible for managing financial statements, analyzing financial data, overseeing financial reporting, and ensuring accurate accounting practices within the organization.

SPV ACCOUNTING

• This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accounting Supervisor located in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. The Accounting Supervisor will oversee the preparation and review of financial statements, manage financial reporting, and ensure compliance with accounting standards. This individual will analyze financial data, use accounting software to maintain accurate records, and support the finance team to ensure operational efficiency and financial integrity.

GENERAL MANAGER

• This is a full-time, on-site role for a General Manager located in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. The General Manager will oversee daily operations of business, ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient operations, and a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Responsibilities include managing staffing and schedules, overseeing inventory and budgeting, ensuring compliance with operational policies, and developing strategies to enhance guest experience and improve overall business performance. The role will entail collaboration with various departments to ensure smooth operations and uphold the company’s mission of providing a fun, inclusive, and high-quality experience.

CHIEF ACCOUNTING

• Financial statements, financial reporting, and accounting skills
• Analytical skills
• Finance knowledge
• Experience in creating and analyzing financial reports
• CPA certification or equivalent is a plus
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

SPV ACCOUNTING

• Proficiency in financial statements and financial reporting
• Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data and prepare financial analyses
• Knowledge and experience in finance and accounting principles
• Proficiency in accounting software and other financial tools (Accurate)
• Attention to detail and ability to work with accuracy
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Leadership experience in supervising and managing a finance or accounting team is preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to meet deadlines

DRIVING RANGE COORDINATOR

• Minimal D3/S1 (Perhotelan, Pariwisata, Manajemen, Olahraga, atau setara)
• Pengalaman kerja minimal 2–3 tahun di driving range / golf course / sport & leisure / hospitality
• Pernah menjadi leader / shift leader / supervisor (nilai plus)
• Paham alur operasional driving range: bay usage, booking & reservasi, flow tamu (check-in – bermain – pembayaran)
• Mampu menyusun jadwal shift dan mengatur manpower berbasis jam ramai (peak hours)
• Mengawasi kebersihan, kerapian, dan kesiapan bay
• Mengerti basic service excellence (hospitality mindset)
• Tegas tapi tidak galak
• Mampu mengatur tim lintas fungsi: front liner, caddy / ball picker, F&B, maintenance
• Problem solver di lapangan, bukan hanya lapor masalah
• Siap kerja shift, weekend & hari libur
• Mampu membuat laporan: laporan harian operasional, occupancy bay, komplain tamu & tindak lanjut
• Terbiasa menggunakan Excel / Google Sheet, POS / sistem booking (jika ada)
• Komunikatif dan customer-oriented
• Mampu menangani komplain tamu premium, event kecil / fun games / corporate booking
• Bahasa Inggris basic–intermediate (untuk tamu asing)
• Usia ideal 27–40 tahun
• Penampilan rapi & profesional
• Sehat jasmani & rohani
• Tidak gengsi turun ke lapangan
• Nilai plus apabila memiliki background golf (player / ex-caddy / marshal), pengalaman opening outlet baru, atau pernah terlibat event golf / turnamen / fun games

GENERAL MANAGER

• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse team
• Experience in operations management, including budgeting, inventory management, and performance monitoring
• Knowledge of customer service practices with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Understanding of the food and beverage or entertainment industry is preferred
• Creative problem-solving and strategic planning abilities to drive business growth
• Flexibility and adaptability to manage and thrive in a dynamic environment
• Previous experience as a manager or in a similar leadership role
• Proficiency in relevant business software tools is an advantage
