Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Handling and reviewing all payment applications from project staff
- Create payment list and reviewing payment application proposed by project staff to National Officer via SharePoint
- Create journal for reception transactions and encode all reception transactions according to company standards
- Create journal for payment transactions and encoding all payment transactions according to company standards
- Reviewing Habitat employee credit card payment bills and record journal in SUN System
- Reconciliation and GIK & Merchandise Inventory Count in project office
- Reconciliation balance sheet account
Syarat Pekerjaan
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting
- Have a minimum of 1 year’s work experience in the accountancy or finance department
- Able to operate general Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Ms. Excel
- Adhere to the principle of accountability
- Have experience in developing financial reports
- Have experience operating SUN System software
- Able to communicate in English
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to write and speak clearly and effectively, and to listen, and an unusual capacity to engage, inspire and persuade
- Domicile in Yogyakarta
