Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Communicating with customers from transaction processing to after-sales service
- Provide good and correct information and knowledge about beauty products and knowledge
- Receive, accommodate, record, and provide solutions related to problems during the customer service process

Syarat Pekerjaan

- Proven working experience as Customer Service Representative at least 1 year. (Have experience working in an beauty industry is preferred)
- Great english skills (esp. Written and grammar).
- Have a deep understanding of Customer Service, Communication, and beauty e-commerce
- Have an excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Have a big interest in the skincare and beauty industry.a
- Updated about current trends, events, and moments in the beauty industry.
- Good time management skills.
