Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Answering and reviewing customer complaint from foreign customers professionally and responding to customer inquiries
- Providing customers with the organization’s service and product information
- Excellent customer service, focused on all enquiries and provided services
- Coordinate to related departments for solving the issues
- Keep records and up-to-date logs of your conversations on our contact center database system
Syarat Pekerjaan
- Fluent in written & verbal communication skill in English
- Having experience in Contact Centre (Point Plus)
- Min. Diploma degree (Fresh Graduate are welcome)
- Male or Female, under 30 years old
- Willing to be placed in Yogyakarta
