Cook for Pizzeria & Bakery

• Prepare a variety of pizzas and bakery items according to standardized recipes
• Ensure the kitchen operates in a timely manner, managing tasks effectively during peak hours
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering ingredients as necessary
• Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop new recipes and menu items
• Ensure all food and other items are stored properly
• Assist in training new kitchen staff as needed
• Adhere to quality standards and procedures

Cycling Shop Manager

• Manage day-to-day operations of the shop, ensuring all targets and budgets are met
• Lead, coach, and develop the sales team, fostering a positive work environment
• Ensure high standards of customer service and enhance the shopping experience
• Monitor inventory levels and manage stock for optimal turnover
• Contribute to the conception and implementation of marketing and promotional strategies to increase foot/online traffic and sales
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
• Maintain the shop’s visual standards and merchandising displays.
• Manage cash registers, prepare daily financial reports, and ensure adequate security measures
• Implement and monitor store policies and procedures
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely restocking of products

Cook for Pizzeria & Bakery

• Proven experience as a cook in a pizzeria or bakery setting
• Strong knowledge of food handling and sanitation standards
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Culinary school diploma or equivalent preferred

Cycling Shop Manager

• Proven experience as a shop manager or in a similar retail management position
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• In-depth knowledge of cycling products is preferred
• Excellent customer service and sales skills
• Proficiency in inventory management systems
• Ability to analyze sales figures and forecast future sales
• Fluency in English
