Arsitek (ARC)

• Preferably 1 year of architect company experience, but fresh graduates are welcome.
• Competent in using AutoCad, SketchUp, Enscape, AdobePhotoshop, Coreldraw.
• Passionate about architecture and design.
• Strong in building concept and ideas.
• Great communication and coordination skills.
• Able to multi-task on several projects simultaneously.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
• Confident in designing for digital platform.

Project Supervisor (PS)

• Preferably 2 year of building contractor experience.
• Competent in using AutoCad, Sketchllp, Microsoft Office.
• Coordinating with other construction managers or project managers to ensure that work is progressing on schedule.
• Reviewing progress reports from each team member to track the status of each task.
• Scheduling meetings with clients or other stakeholders to discuss project objectives and requirements
• Communicating with other team members to ensure that all requirements are met
• Working with architects and engineers to ensure that construction plans are feasible and meet legal requirements
• Managing a team of subcontractors, suppliers, and other parties involved in the project
