Deskripsi Pekerjaan

• Assist recruiter staff with administrative tasks
• Organize and archive recruitment documents such as CVs, application letters, and registration forms
• Prepare weekly and monthly recruitment reports
• Maintain the confidentiality of candidate and company data
• Manage and update candidate records regularly and accurately

Syarat Pekerjaan

• Basic written English skills
• Friendly and good communication
• Patient, empathetic, and self-motivated
• Tourism/Hospitality graduate (preferred)
• Neat, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Can work independently or in a team
• Can operate canva
• Based in Yogyakarta or nearby
