We are currently searching for Administrative Certification Assistants / Document Controller to work at our processing facility in Bantul. The ability to work in a fast paced environment with strong attention to detail is essential.

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Review certification applications, inspection reports and supporting documentation and determine compliance status for processing
  • Assign inspections for processing facility
  • Provide information to persons requesting organic certification and respond to producer requests for information regarding their certification
  • Support the development and maintenance of certification forms and documents including information materials to aid producers with organic / certification compliance
  • Assist with Review Committee work and attend meetings
  • Maintain an understanding of the Organic Program regulations, food safety, etc and procedures
  • Implement certification policies and procedures
  • Conduct inspections of operations requesting certification, as needed
  • Organize and maintain certification files
  • Work as a team to review certification compliance
  • review files and help to substantiate policy
  •  Track all outstanding adverse actions
  • Work with Certification Manager to respond to rebuttals and appeals of adverse certification decisions
  • Assist with preparation for and attend Inspector Training
  • Communicate with inspectors as far as appropriate workload and scheduling inspections
  • Assist with preparation for certifications
  • Work with technical assistance program to help producers get through certification process smoothlyand identify areas of need
  • Any other task relevant to these duties or the mission of the organization as assigned by supervisor

Syarat Pekerjaan

  • Min. Diplomas in English Literature, Management, Marketing Management, Communication, Administrative Management required
  • 2 years of hands on administrative support experience
  • Fresh graduates allowed to apply
  • proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook a must
  • proficiency in Internet a must
  • knowledge of operating standard office equipment
  • good communication skills – written and verbal both in Indonesian and English
