Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Creating financial reporting and budgeting
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the CEO, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination
- Assist in reviewing legal documents and contracts
- Communicate with external legal and financial consultants as needed
- Handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality and professionalism
- Able to use accounting software like Accurate, SAP, or QuickBooks
- Preparing and reviewing financial reports

Syarat Pekerjaan
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Financial Management, or a related major
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an executive assistant, secretary, accounting or similar role
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Very well team work and work independently, with high attention to detail
