- Proficient in Blender or similar software
- Skilled in character modeling and sculpting
- Able to create mascots (animal or human)
- Can animate basic 3D character movements
- Understands basic Unity or Unreal Engine
- Good communication and teamwork
- Available for morning online briefings
- Responsive, reliable, open to feedback
