OPERATIONAL MANAGER

• This is a full-time on-site Operations Manager role based in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations to ensure the smooth functioning of the driving range. Responsibilities include managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining operational efficiency, and overseeing inventory and supplies. The role also involves collaborating with the team to implement strategies for enhancing customer experience and driving venue growth while meeting health and safety standards.

PURCHASING STAFF

• This is a full-time, on-site role for a Purchasing Staff at Hosel Driving Range, located in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. The Purchasing Staff will be responsible for managing purchasing orders, handling procurement processes, maintaining records, analyzing purchasing needs, and collaborating with suppliers to ensure timely availability of quality goods and services. The role requires ensuring cost efficiency while maintaining Hosel’s quality standards.

MARKETING COMMUNICATION

• Mengembangkan rencana komunikasi pemasaran strategis
• Membuat konten tulisan

CHIEF ACCOUNTING

• Mengelola laporan keuangan
• Menganalisis data keuangan
• Mengawasi pelaporan keuangan
• Memastikan praktik akuntansi yang akurat di dalam organisasi

OPERATIONAL MANAGER

• Leadership and team management skills to effectively supervise and motivate staff
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to ensure smooth daily operations and resolve issues promptly
• Customer service and communication skills to provide an exceptional guest experience and handle customer inquiries
• Understanding of inventory management and operational efficiency within a hospitality or recreational setting
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and standards in the food and hospitality industry
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in operations or management roles, especially within hospitality, is highly desirable
• Flexibility and a proactive approach to adapting to a dynamic work environment
• Creating forecasts, managing operational expenses, golf ball cost (HPP), and labor efficiency
