Deskripsi Pekerjaan

The Office Associate plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of daily operations by providing support to sales, project management, HR, and marketing teams. This position involves coordinating tasks, managing communication, and assisting various departments to enhance overall efficiency

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and facilitate tasks across different departments to ensure seamless operations
  • Manage communication within the office and act as a liaison between various teams
  • Provide administrative support to sales, project management, HR, and marketing functions
  • Assist in organizing and executing projects to meet established objectives
  • Maintain and update records, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance overall office efficiency
  • Handle routine administrative tasks, including data entry and file management
  • Support HR activities, such as onboarding and employee relations
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of office policies and procedures
  • Assist in the planning and execution of marketing initiatives

Syarat Pekerjaan

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field
  • Proven experience in office administration or a similar role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficient in office software, including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Familiarity with project management tools and techniques
  • Understanding of basic HR processes and practices
  • Adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
