Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Google Ads:
- Manage Google Ads account
- Plan, report and evaluate ads on Google platform
- Evaluate and choose suitable Google platform with mini mum 4x ROAS
- Work with Copywriter in article making for SEO and SEM.
- Run ads on Google platform based on company’s target
Advertiser Junior:
- Managing facebook busines manager account
- Managing campaign on facebook and tiktok
- Running ads on facebook ads and tiktok
Fb Ads:
- Manage Google Ads account
- Plan, report and evaluate ads on Google platform
- Evaluate and choose suitable Google platform with minimum 4x ROAS
Admin Marketplace:
- Convert and attend to leads on WhatsApp as Sales
- Promote our products, persuade and maintain customers’ satisfaction
Shopkeeper:
- Coordinate with spv and team to solve problems related to store and boost sellings
- Maintain company’s assets
- Wrap up stocks opname and reports needed
- Develop and carry out store’s SOP
- Perform customers’ eye checking with precision
- Transfer learn with the team
Syarat Pekerjaan
Google Ads:
- Male or female
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Google Ads, SEM, display, analytics and tag managing (website based conversion, re marketing)
- Able to handle budget of 2 million / day minimum for Google only
- Able to analyse campaigns based on Google Analytics
- Experienced in Facebook Business Manager is a plus
- Experienced in TikTok Ads is a plus
- Had basic knowledge of AIDA
- Experienced in planning and budgeting of ads on multiple platforms is a plus
Advertiser Junior:
- Male or female
- Science major for highschool graduate / Mathematic major for bachelor graduate
- Experienced in Facebook Bussiness Manager is a plus
- Experienced in TikTok ads is a plus
- Had basic knowledge of AIDA
- Fresh graduates are welcome
Fb Ads:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Google Ads, SEM, display, analytics and tag managing (website based conversion, re marketing)
- Able to handle budget of 2 million / day minimum for Google only
- Able to analyse campaigns based on Google Analytics
- Experienced in Facebook Business Manager is a plus
- Experienced in TikTok Ads is a plus
- Had basic knowledge of AIDA
- Experienced in planning and budgeting of ads on multiple platforms is a plus
Admin Marketplace:
- Male or female
- Used to work based on target
- Coachable and adaptive
- Willing to work night shifts
- Good communication skills and persuasive
- Experienced in digital marketing and sales
Shopkeeper:
- Male of female
- Good leadership skills
- Innovative and detailed
- Good improvisation skill
- Persuasive
- Passionate and coachable
- Experienced in handling marketplace / online shop is a plus
- Experienced in optics field is a plus
