Deskripsi Pekerjaan
English-Speaking Customer Service
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
- Provide information about our products and services
- Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry and filing
- Maintain customer records and update the database
- Collaborate with other team members to enhance customer satisfaction
- Other duties to be assigned later
- Salary range: IDR 3,000,000 – IDR 3,500,000 per month
Technical Support
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers
- Educate customers on product features and functionalities
- Collaborate with the development team to relay customer feedback and improve products
- Conduct training sessions for customers on product usage
- Maintain documentation of support requests and resolutions
- Other duties to be assigned later
- Salary: IDR 4,000,000 – IDR 5,000,000 per month
Syarat Pekerjaan
English-Speaking Customer Service
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- 3 or more years of experience in customer service or administration is preferred
Technical Support
- Strong technical knowledge of CAD and rendering software, including but not limited to BricsCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, and Enscape
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is preferred. English courses will be provided to candidates with strong product knowledge
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience in technical support or product management is preferred
